Read your insert in WON this week and loved it although a little heavy on the SCAL scene.  Can't believe that yak anglers have not helped others in distress. That is sooooo wrong. Hope it wasn't in Nor Cal.

Sadly true, although hard to believe. SoCal too I'm afraid, twice at La Jolla. I'd like to believe the people who paddled right on by were novices who didn't recognize the trouble. The really salty guys would never leave someone floundering in the water.
