This cove is a great place for fishing, ab-diving, camping, hiking, photographing, etc...  I fell in love with this place the very first time I got there.  People there are super friendly, I owned 2 lots there and hopefully can live there after my retirement!  Here are a couple more pictures around this cove:

Sonny's right - the Cove is a special place.  All these photos are from the Cove in years past.   :smt001

If you are planning to build a house on a lot in Shelter Cove, you shouldn't wait too long. I owned a lot there, but I had to sell it when it turned out to be unbuildable due to it being too small. In the process of researching the possibilities, I found out that there are more lots than there are available water hookups. At some point in the future, no more houses will be able to be built. I think that may be some years away, but it's a good thing to keep in mind.

Thank you for the info.  I was planning to sell one of my lot and use the money to start building on my other lot.  It's listed last year but the market was slow down since.  Hopefully things will get better next year!

Thanks for the info guys, i drove out there once to check the place out and was blown away by the beauty and views.  I'd love to jump on a piece of land out there, maybe in the next year or two if things are going well enough.  I want to retire somewhere that direction from Windsor in 20 years or so.....

Thanks again!  See you all on the water....

Took me awhile to get around to compiling all the footage.  It's 10 minutes long and the fish porn is way soft, but it's all fun, and I like to share.  Enjoy the Good Times.   :smt001

Thanks for the Vid, that was great.  The big fish and the big abs come when they come, but the fun in the tide pools with the kids is priceless.  My 11 year old will love it up there, i can't wait to give it a try and make some memories.....
