Anybody have the Outfitter with transducer mounted inside the hull?
I've heard of guys mounting some kind of containter, fill with water than place the transducer in the water.

Yep that's pretty much the gist of it. Find a big pool noodle (3-4" diameter) or a large piece of foam. Trace your tranducer on to it. And then cut out the shape just inside the lines. You want it to fit really snug so cut it on the small side. Then Goop it down to the inside of the hull w/ marine Goop. Once it's dried, fill it w/ a little water and squeeze the trans down into it until water starts gurgling out the sides and you're ready to go. Search the forums and you'll find plenty of examples.
