The wind looks bad....have you seen the tides...It'll be minus 2.1 @ 7am, and will have fallen from 6.9......9 FEET difference...shouldn't we carpool north and pick some abs??...actually, Kirk, you know the DFG data collector with the blue tarpon 10, wants to go to HMB to dig 4 clams on the once a year exposed sand bank at the end of the north outer breakwater. Apparently they are the size of footballs...literally. don't think your just gonna pitch up and scratch around and find em. You need a 3 ft long, 12in dia......(no, no, wait for it) piece of PVC pipe to be hammed into the sand around one of their holes as formwork and then dig the middle out with a shovel. Its dirty hard work.
As i was writing this an unmentioned someone(for professional purposes),who is at this time at HMB harbour, phoned me and reported a MASSIVE HIGH DENSITY school of anchovies in the harbour..."so thick you could walk across them." The inner harbour is TOTALLY CHOKED. they are rolling in their thousands due to lack of O2.
