Cambria, fair to good, caught a steady stream of little Verms & 2 Lings, 1 18" & 1 24" that I threw back just cause it was right on the border.  Littoral broke his paddle & still had 4 Verms (they were all small, but over legal size) sorry bud.

Weather nice, cloudy, seas calm, surf pretty small.  Fished in 70 FOW & had pretty steady action.

Can't complain if you're catching fish!

Current was very strong, pushing very hard.  We were drifting around 50 yards in 2.5-3.5 minutes!!!  Probably low tide was pushing in causing a strong North bound current.

Should be good tomorrow as well if the weather stays the same.

PJ -

Very nice report and fish. Good to see Littoral out there. Looks like you launched from Harvey? Really miss Cambria and those Linz chicken pot pies, hope to make it down there in July-August. Still recovering from last weekend. Wish gas prices would drop a little.  :smt013

Caption to the paddle photo: O NNO!

Hopefully Pat can repair it. Even so, it was great to be back in town and on the water.

I've had that paddle since ONNO’s first year in business. It has seen tons of use: Surf landings, rocks, jillions of miles in my SIKs, you name it.

I launched, dug deep and the sucker just folded. Felt like I was paddling with a broom. Anyone who has held an ONNO knows how insanely light and thin they are. I guess it’s possible that they were a tad too light in the early days, or maybe that kind of lightness is destine to eventually fail catastrophically... I do not know. It’s still my all-time favorite paddle by a long shot.

I don't feel like it owes me anything at this point but Pat does have a good record of taking care of his customers.  I will give a full report on ONNO’s customer service.
