I don't think it will be A problem Scott. I have never been shut out,but on minus tide weekends it will fill fast.
I will be with A few friends, look for A tan metallic Chevy truck with camper and two T 140's one tan the other blue. when you get thought the gate go left before the showers,at the fork go right. I want to get A spot on the right in the trees after the fork. if not there go left at the fork top of the hill on the right.vhf will be on the six niner.
 Cheers, Sunny

Have fun at the Bean guys!  I am thinking of hitting Capitola for convenience, and save on gas.  Been driving too much recently to fish, and feel like sticking to the back yard for a change  :smt002

I'll keep an eye out for you. It looks like we'll be arriving tonight, but after dark. Look for a light blue Highlander with a dark green Tarpon 160 on top. I'll have my VHF on 69 as well.

Regards,
Scott

I got a cancellation on the rehearsal, so I'm there too!  Looks like Bean, unless there is a posse going closer to S.F.  WOO HOO!  First time on the rockfish!  I'll be wrenching on the prowler tomorrow, getting everything secured for that eventual surf wipeout!

negative, just use your guns  :smt066   baby :smt002

You'll most likely pair up with someone and help each other hauling the kayaks down and up the stairs...it's an NCKA thing :smt002

Forecast for guys planning to go to the Bean:

Sun
NW winds 15 to 25 kt. Wind waves 3 to 5 ft. NW swell 4 to 6 ft at 7 seconds and S 2 ft at 15 seconds. Patchy fog.

It's not looking good when the wind waves are nearly as big as the swell which appears to be mixed too.  The sheep start appearing when the wind is around 10 kt (12 mph).
