The wife did not get off until later on in the afternoon, so had decided to meet up with Allen (Otobepaligic) and his son Patrick (Holy Toledo) and do some pre-tournament fishing prior to the CSBA in May. My son and I got there and it was pretty good and far as the wind. Allen was already there so my son and him took off while I set up the trailer. Note to self: Next time leave with son. When I met up with them, well the first couple of pics, speak for themselves.
On Saturday, met up with Freddie and Mellissa. Already posted pics about them. It was great to her Mellissa when she caught her first striper. Does she yell like that on every fish,  :smt044 Congrates!!!
Saturday in the afternoon was very windy. Like Freddie said, you could hardly make it forward. But still had an excellent time.
All in all, I caught many fish (Strippers, SMB, LMB) and was able to put some points on the board.
Also forgot to say, that most of the time we were on the water at 0630 and off at dark. WHAT A BLAST!!!!

Rory-

We had a great time fishing with you yesterday. The fish were there and Melissa had a blast fighting them. Too bad about the wind... but, we still managed to have a good time. See you at the CSBA.

Nice striper pics! From the photos it looks like the river mouth area was a good spot - if I recognize it right that is a fairly shallow flat wash area . . . is it typically that fishy there?

Fish more often, fish for longer times, fish more places,  :fish
catch more fish, catch different fish, catch bigger fish, :fishing1
meet more great people,  :beer3
cook better food, eat better food  :fat

that is what causes the "NCKA MADNESS" to develop.   :smt117
