If thats the case then I guess I agree, of course as it has been said on this forum before, we should not apologize for doing nothing wrong.  I dont think I have seen anyone on this site say anything about over limiting... Who keeps two stripers anyway... I always keep one and then continue with c&r, if i keep one at all.  As far as I know, that is not against the law, and therefore you all know where I think PETA can go.  Im all for taking good care of animals, as my rescent Vet bill will attest... AS LONG AS ITS LEGAL!!!

Thats not the case.  PETA, according to a poster here, is the boogeyman and will get us all because of what we post. 

Im not saying PETA is not the boogeyman, all im saying is, do we really need to fear them or their opinions if we are doing nothing wrong?  Do they have that much political stroke in CA?

Angle is somewhat prone to short nonsensical outbursts, tourette's of the fingers so to speak.  We keep him around for entertainment purposes.

This is a laugh (love Debbie Downer   ), but I want to point out that Ken Kickfish is a member of the NCKA family - granted, he sometimes comes off like a trippy uncle who did too much acid in the 60's or something...  but he's a member in good standing who, I think, actually started this thread with an admirable level of concern for resources, and it did get me thinking - just like ST's message about C&R nearshore rockfish.  I don't have to agree with Ken or Scott, but I have determined that I'm committed to listening to others and considering their points of view.  I will also admit that what both of them said has affected my thinking on C&R.

Thanks for expressing yourself, Ken (and Scott).  You can count on me to hear what you're saying and try to provide a civil response, whether I agree or not.
