I'll try to post pix of my setup over the weekend.  Basically it is 3 individual jigs, each very similar.  Base of each is about 10"x10" scrap plywood.  Vertical on all three is 6"wx12"h with a deep V cut in and lined with female side of velcro.  One has velcro strap & strip of wood to support old rotisserie motor for drying.  One has three dowels pegged into vertical to hold spools of thread and two brass cup hooks to maintain tension on thread.  I don't use the hooks much, instead maintaining tension by hand.  Not as pretty as your attachment, but very functional.

If you lived in SoCal I'd make you a set for liquid inspiration while I did it.  Advantage I see over my setup is the three support jigs facilitate larger blanks.  I have wrapped 9 footers without problem.  The drying motor is a must if you plan to flex coat yourself, or you could take your finished stick to a builder & have them coat it.

Ernie... I'll give you one if you can get to Santa Rosa to pick it up.  It is the homemade one that I made when I first started building rods.  I built a lot of rods with it and while it isn't perfect, it works well.  It is basically an oak platform with three (maybe four) adjustable roller uprights that can be placed anywhere along the length of the wrapper.

Let me know if you want it.  I can take some pics if you like.
