Anyone with an extra yak going out this weekend & wanna introduce a newb to yakfishing?

I gotta start trying out some yaks & I'm jonesin' for some man on fish action. :what Um, maybe I should rephrase that.

Anyway, I'm up for anything relatively close to the bay area; I'll go for anything that moves. FISH, that is, any kind of fish...

Of course, I'm not experienced with a kayak so it has to be somewhere fairly tame. I'm open for any day this weekend, including Monday.

Let me know. Thanks,
Aaron

Hi Araron:

I feel  a trip with a local guide is the best way
to become a sucessfull NorCalKayakFisherPerson in the least
amount of time. The guides really don't break even and
need our support.
I would at least have your own VHF radio, wet Suite, PFD,
Secret decoder ring w/compass Etc...
                                                  Good Luck

Aaron -

If you can fish tomorrow, I can bring an extra yak to the San pablo opener. I actually have everything you would need. PM me if interested.

Thanks for the replies. I hadn't even thought about a guide. Duh!

Scott, thanks for the generous offer. Unfortunately, I can't get the day off. Good luck, though. I'm looking forward to the reports from SPR opening day.
