China Camp 2-10

Deweasel and I were fishing by 0930 and at 1400 had nothing to show for our efforts other then a few Bullheads. The weather was beautiful and the slight breeze and tide were perfect, just no Sturgeon. As Mickfish mentioned in another post there is a big Herring spawn in the central bay and more then likely thats where most of the fish are. Good quality bait has also been an issue with little or no live Grass Shrimp available and the Ghost were small and a bit haggard looking. Oh well things should start improving in SP Bay in a few days. Going to hit it towards the end of the week.

looked liked a nice day out on the bay, sounds like the fish were too busy to play.  it looks like we will be giving it a shot later in the week as well, tides and wind look pretty good.  which shop did the shotty bait come from?
