I use a 6 pound folding grapple with 80 feet of line at the top of the anchor
I have a 3 pound salmon ball zip tied on this keeps the anchor locked
to the bottom. without the ball it would sometimes drag so I just added a little
weight  works fine now no more draging the anchor

I don't think you can get coffee there but if we go bang on the door and demand
coffee  I think they may kick down 

Duane, is there a close place to get bait? Looks like I might be there. Will take me about 2.5 hours to get there, and don't want to make any stops on the way. Let me know 

Rory there is bait shops in the area but they where closed today because of
Chinese new year I don't know if they had shrimp or not I just got back from
san Rafael had to drive all the way over there to get bait 

I would try to get bait on the way there.
whitch way are you coming from ?

If you are late it wont matter much the tide won't let out
till afternoon so you can try oakland for bait
