I think Chuck has a deal with the weather gods. Crappy on the weekends when most of us can fish and great on the weekdays when most of us can't. Just look at that glass.
Nice pig...I mean...fish. Looks like I might have to start playin' hookey.

Great Job, Chuck!  I see, you pulled a me!  Only out on the water for 20 min. or so, huh?  Thats awesome! It was bound to be your turn sooner or later!  CONGRATS!  I'm determined to go out again now.  =) Next weekend?

Chuck! That thing is scarey big :smt107!
I want details! What bait, depth? You measure it with help? Could you have done it alone?
Pretty impressive!

Amazing! I just heard the story this morning.  I go to check NCKA to show my dad pics of the one Freddie caught and sure enough yours is already up.  No kidding Harold when you said it was a beast.  Stoked for ya Chuck! My pop says "Awesome, that thing is a monster!".  Now he wants to go fishing all next weekend. :smt005

There are times in one's fishing career that you catch fish that are just pigs, slugs or whatever you want to call them, they just have a girth that says they the fittest of their kind and will bring out a smile in the angler that nobody can take away from them......

ChuckE, impressive fish, even better smile... hope to see you soon.

Beautiful fish Chuck.
Note-this is not a threadjack,  but I'm getting the feeling that the 2008 first place AOTY award might end up something like...

this?

I still can't get over how fat Chucke's fish was. I bet that thing ran upwards to 70+lbs.

Sean-
After seeing that, I'm itching to see what the plaques look like now... Can't hardly wait... Awesome work.
