Well looking at reports and since I only had a half day I headed to Comanche.  I was going to camp it there but with the kids and wife getting sick I got trumped but was able to get the half day pass anyway.  Thanks wife.

I checked out the South Shore but it was kind of breezy and gusty at times so I packed up and went to the wading pool (South Pond) since it is a little more protected.  Through out some PB to soak like everyone else out there and the other rod I tried a rooster tail for a while and then the Rapala in gold and black with no avail.

Dummy me didn't bring enough length on my anchor as I didn't think I would need more than 50' in the pond.  I guess I do.  I spent a  lot of time looking for the bottom for the anchor.  I saw three hook ups but all where small 12-14".  It was good just to get out.  Next time as this madness is all about seat time.
