Well,  The "Better Half"  called to confirm she  landed safely in Spain........ You All know what that means..........Time to catch  up on the "indoor canning". Moments after she called to say she reached the airport I put the frozen vac-sealed fish in bowls...cut a drain slit in the bottom of each bag to let out any incidental blood from thawing  and placed in the refer. Tonight the fish was almost thawed....just perfect for trimming.  Now everything is in jars and the first batch is almost done......one more batch for tonight. It sure is nice to be doing this indoors ...........There goes the buzzer...gotta go!
