Mooch, how did it go?  Silly question I know, you're a fish slaying machine.  On Saturday the fish were right where you said they were.

Also on Saturday "theotherken" was asking about you.  I think he was expecting you to be out there.  Nice gentleman!

sorry fellas - did not end up going. Got up early in the morning but as soon I stepped on the floor, I found myself kissing it. Somehow, I ended up developing a gout on my left big toe. I thought that I had snapped my toe in half (cuz that's how it felt) I ended up eating advil and icing my toe for a few days.....made a mistake of going to work for two days and making the condition even worse. Got up on the 3rd morning and paid a visit to the emergency room (hardly made it there coz I drive a clutch) spent  6 hours in the San Mateo General Hospital, they drew blood from me and took an x-ray....have to go back for a follow-up...but until then, I'm stuck in bed.

Have little access to a computer but I should be back in da saddle in a week or so.

I'm sorry to hear about your condition. I was just talking to a friend of mine who had it and he said to drink black cherry concentrate. "Worked like a charm", so he says. Anyways, rest up so you can get back out there.

Hope you get well soon Mooch. But if you need some more icing of that toe you can bring your float tube and fish with me in the south bay. That will chill it down pretty good.  J/K But the second part is still good. We should go if you feel better.
