Nice one Juan, I believe that's the Ron Dong Crease fly you showed off at BAMIII?

Mike, yeah it's a crease fly. The smallies have been taking their whacks at it too!

A few weeks ago I was fishing with a very experienced striper fly fisher friend in the delta. We were doing well on the usual Clousers, when to my doubtful eyes he swaps for a floater with a crease fly. We were in 15'+ depths, glassy calm, no boils or even pops. He casts this thing out in the general area where I'm getting fish 10' down, strip-strip-wiggle, he starts sticking fish! And then gets a refusal right at the boat of what would have been the biggest fish of the day. So I guess they will come up from considerable depths after that fly.
