So, I assume that it would not be smart to eat any anchovies or sardines that I might catch, but would this affect any other fish, such as mackerel? And what about all of the game fish that feed on anchovies and/or sardines (which is pretty much every game fish)?

I also saw the same warning and only took it as anchovies and sardines after taking home 50 mackerals in SC.
I could have easily gotten 100 but the halibut and Gopher was calling  :smt003
