NRS suit. Is sending it back to the factory my best option?

Looks like it’s a 100 dollar service.  I can live with that.   Not sure how it happened. I stand on a floor mat. I’ll improve my efforts moving forward.

They say that small holes can be repaired with aquaseal, but if it's much beyond pinhole size, I'd send it in for a factory repair.

With my Kokatat drysuit, I always put on neoprene socks over the outside of my drysuit socks as soon as the suit goes on. So far that has protected my drysuit socks from damage...

I don't like stuff that sucks.

I am not familiar with NRS repair services since I own Kokatat.  Kokatat offers sock replacement that costs $130 per sock, plus tax and shipping. Comes close to $300. I just looked into this since my bib that been heavily used and needs new socks.

NRS is great.  I chatted with the guy yesterday, and he is bumping my suit to the top of the pile.  he said he will get it back to me end of next week.

NRS is $99 per....oriface. no, that doesnt sound right. :D
booties, wrists, neck..each opening is $99.   they cover all shipping to and from which I thought was cool.  they emailed me a prepaid shipping label.

my suit was not taken care off,  dried in the sun, tossed in the truck.   I am blowing big money to get all the orifices fixed.  I will take better care of the thing.   this dude was so fast, I could have NOT bought my Farmer-Johns..but oh well.  I am thrilled to have options. I think I will like the Farmer John options.  way more robust to begin with and I can give my dry suit a break on occasion.  let it dry slow in the garage.

i got my suit back and it is beautiful.  all new gaskets.

i took the opportunity to choose a foot-sock closer in reality to my shoe size.  my other booties looked like clown feet and they would fold up inside my neoprene boot which exasperated the tearing situation.
