Man bites dog!  Great story, and its happened before in the US.  A lady got speared in the chest, right through her implant.  While holding a video camera.

That's just so amazing.

I don't know, that trout looks pretty clean to me.  Some of the pics of the river salmon I've seen are pretty gross compared to that guy.
