Free Malone Kayak Cart with deflated wheel

Does anyone want a free, Malone WideTrak™ SB Large Kayak/Canoe Cart -Balloon Beach Wheels? One of the balloon wheels is deflated and leaks. I think it has something to do with the valve stem, but I haven't really looked in to it.

It is 1.5 to 2 years old. But I haven't been using it for a year because I have a scupper style cart I prefer, and it's been sitting outside my house. It costs $300 new, so it seems a shame to throw it out, but I have to clean up my house and need to get rid of it.

If the issue is with the valve stem, I believe that's relatively cheap to fix yourself. Or you could just buy a new balloon wheel.
