this might be my third time making it.  I wish I had an Onggi.  :D

but for an upcoming bbq in a few weeks.  I punted.  I tasted the fresh stuff, and it was good.  now to let the fermentation begin!!  go science!!

Ocean season better open up soon, or I will be making my own tofu.  :D

You are doing much better than I am.  The simplest Kimchi to make is using green cabbage.

Ive tried a few times, but never as good as what i can get locally (local shop make their own and sell it).  I'll try again, next time I need to find and add the small dried fish I think.  My fermented sauerkraut turns out fine, but my Kimchi doesn't get good enough.
