I think it should be a requirement if you catch fish you must follow up with a meal pic!!! 

I often use Nobu's miso glaze for rockfish, halibut, most anything really.  4 parts each sake, mirin, white miso and 3 parts sugar.  Marinade as little as 15-30 minutes or toss it in the fridge for up to 3 days.  Broil it with some scallion segments until some parts have a bit of char.
