Hey there NCKA family,
Due some renewed interest in my artwork following GS19 I'm putting this up now and will add to it as the maps etc are completed.

I will be participating in the Bonny Doon Open Studio art tour the last weekend of this coming July.
Main crafting theme this year is leatherwork but I will have a nice selection of gaffs, wood panel art,  and other things as in previous years.
There will also be a nice selection of handmade soaps using only natural ingredients and no artificial scents or colors.

The tour spans all of Bonny Doon and into Davenport, making a long but beautiful driving loop through northern SC county. We will have 25 artists participating with a  variety of mediums from ceramics and glass to oil painting and watercolors, jewelry, and wood.
I'll leave a few pics from previous years here for your perusal. Updates to follow as we get closer to the show weekend.

A few more.
A western shoulder holster for a .36 Colt Navy percussion. Leather is 8-9oz veg tan with floral stamping, USMC black dyed.
A Seabass sized fillet knife and sheath. The blade is from Texas Knifemakers, the handle scales are white cedar with a gunstock stain.
Finally a baldric for my own Oakeshott type XI hand and a half practice sword. Leather is a combination of 6-7oz and 8-9 oz.

Super work, Sean! I looked up the show website, looks like a great group of artists and tour of the area. The brochure for the event was last years, but get a good idea and figure the docs will be updated soon.

I'd be all over this, but I'm booked around that time.  Best of luck with your show.  I'll be watching for updates.   :smt001

That leatherwork stuff looks amazing!
You mention Davenport. I spent time there as a kid. Memories.
If you don't know where you're headed, any road could get you there.
