i'm kind of dense so forgive the question:  does the name and packaging suggest that its a kosher soy sauce?

I like Yoshida's on the chicken with some added lemon and garlic.  Salmon is good with a simple homemade mix of lime, cilantro, garlic, and olive oil.  Is Panko a marinade?!   :smt001

I once BBQ'd chicken with four different marinades to do a taste test.  Well, a few beers later I couldn't tell which was which on the barbie, and they ended up all tasting about the same - great!   :smt003

Mooch,  try the Island Teryaki sauce (from same company as Soy Vay).  You can get it at Trader Joes.  It is awesome on chicken thighs.

I'm with you on this one Mooch! I mix half a bottle with half a bottle of ed wine (Zinfandel) in a ziplock bag with a tri-tip. I let it sit over night and then BBQ it. It's the best!

Turns out I have tried it.  Kristal's mom uses it sometimes, and apparently they also make a salad dressing that is quite tasty.

They also have a few other sauces that look very intriguing:

Da Kine "Tasty Splash"

Hard to find on the mainland, but it's great on beef, chicken, & firmer fish
