2025 Rockfish Regs are Up

I like Cabs too.  Nice firm texture.

They sometimes have enough worms to gross me out, but other than that they are one of my favorites.  And fun to catch too!

If anybody’s good at high level summary it’d be helpful for those of us who are easily confused

Yes, you have a descending device ready to use.  DIY kind is fine.

November is open for nearshore rockfish as well. There’s just something about October, though. By some mysterious circumstances, only known to DFG, the quillbacks must be vulnerable in shallow water at that time.

November was a trade for October, as far as I'm aware.  It's so the CPFV industry can still do crab combos.
