I'm truly surprised no one scooped this up with the whole kit. 

I wish I could justify another kayak, otherwise I would have bought it months ago.  My wife and I are in late-stage planning for a kitchen remodel that is going to suck all my disposable income and time for quite some while.

Question - how did you attach the kydex skid plates?  I couldn't get mine to stick on for very long, and I tried a few different methods (JB Clear and a couple different silicon solutions).

i used the double side tape i think 30lbs rating. but it was clear.  had it for years on my previous kayaks no issues. very hard to remove.
