Hello anyone in the San Diego, Oceanside area.
I’m in the area for a week and was wondering if anyone would like to hook up for a little fishing. Or could give some advice on some productive locations.
Any advice is welcome 🙏
Thanks

I realize it is late.  Just got back from two weeks in Mission Beach.  Kayak fished Mission Bay.   Worst catching in years.   One really nice Corvina lost at yak.   San Diego bay is much better fishing, but house we rent is 100 yards from Mission Bay.   La Jolla kelp beds produce, even Yellowtail.   I use an Hobie i11s these days, so don’t do La Jolla.   There is even a kayak fishing guide that does La Jolla.   Here is a MPA in the area, so beware.  I fish swim baits mostly.   Best is a glitter clear with orange spot on bottom.   I think mimics ghost shrimp
