I've been using a set like the boundry or explorer knee-high neoprene boots (can't remember the maker) with my dry suit for several years. They don't often get water in them but when they do you have to take them off to get it out unless you want to practice yoga on the water -- really a pain when it happens.

Paul - how stiff is the sole on those shoes? I'd like a little more stiffness to better spread the pressure of the pedals for my next pair of boots.

Also considering a neoprene sock to protect the drysuit booties and then running with a set of stiff soled sandals like my chaco's or tevas for simplicity.

Cheers,
Brad

Did you guys pay for the leak/repair test first when sending it in or did you pay for the stuff you know what's wrong with it like the wrist gaskets and hydro socks?

I believe you pay for the test/repair and then add details and they will evaluate when it arrives.

That was my experience. Paid for the test, got an email with confirmation and instructions, shipped it to them - then they sent me test results and amount to do repairs/patches.

Another +1 for Crocs.  I wore boots (actual work boots) over my drysuit socks when I got paid to wear a drysuit... now I focus on comfort with Crocs.  Make sure to throw them in 4wd so they don't float off when you dangle a foot in the water.
