Anyone planning to launch out of Rockaway this Saturday 8/31? Conditions look pretty calm so just wanted to see if anyone will be out on the water and on channel 69.

It's been a while for me, but if I can get all my gear ready I'll head out in the morning.

Awesome! Hope to see you out there, I'll be in a grey Hobie outback and on channel 69. Probably will be out there 7 to 7:30ish in the morning

Cool.  If I make it, I'll be in an orange Hobie tandem.

I’ll be out there but launching lindy. Blue Hobie, channel 69.  Not sure if they are still there but keeping my head on a swivel for whales, they’re big.

Made it out there, but didn't run into anyone.

Did pretty nice.  A lot of baitfish in the water.

Hooked up on some white croaker, browns, and a salmon (released).  Glad to see the salmon out there and hopefully will be open next season.

How deep did you catch the salmon, what lure, what time, what tide, what bait, how fast were you going  :smt044
