Sorry, only idea that I have that comes to mind is use a screen shot of the pic, which is what I do to avoid resizing on the water.

I used poured urethane, specifically, VytaFlex 60, and I embedded a thin piece of acrylic in the middle to give it the proper stiffness. I've been working to perfect an aluminum mold, and should have that done soon--possibly today. If all goes according to plan, I'll be able to make a bunch of these fairly easily and (best of all) cheap.

I looked up the Hobie patent for turbo fins, and it says that they use a combination of 2 types of rubber, one that is Shore A hardness 50 and the other is 70 (presumably, the 70 is the jagged gray part, which is the shape that I mimicked with the embedded acrylic stiffener). So, 60 seems like a good choice, and the brand I used does not require degassing. I've even got some dye, so the next one won't look like a giant slice of cheese--who knows, maybe sharks actually like cheese.

It seems to be very durable material... time will tell...
