Anyone fishing Oyster point Saturday morning? Will stay relatively close to shore since I'm new to this, and not expecting much based on where the halibut reports are and the tides. Just wondering if people will be there (to bring my confidence up), and will be monitoring channel 69 regardless.
Best fishes,
Lawrence

“I’m going fishing.”  They said, “we will go with you.”

Good luck! This was just posted on Coastside by a power boater: "Got out of oyster point this morning. Fished bird cage to north of harbor entrance. 16-20’ of water. One shaker butt. One missed hit. Only other boat out there netted 33” fish. I trolled frozen anchovy. I know it’s super late but thought I’d try the easy run."

Cheers,
Brad

Oyster Point is a pretty popular spot - I'd be surprised if you didn't see any other kayakers there on a Saturday morning.

Good luck!
