So cool! That’s really epic life-living. As a kid I once speared a small fish and fed it to a moray eel, but that hardly counts towards any real Spearo experience.

Oh Dang and you even took the otoliths out! You going to polish them and count how old the fish is? I used to do that in college, a long time ago...

Seriously though, congrats on doing what I know you love doing so much.  The enjoyment and celebration of a awesome fish like that is like riding no other high imho.

I like the otoliths for sure…never tried to actually age them though…maybe one day!
