 Been working with these guys for the last 2 months on a " Suicide Mission " Deal...

 They have had the best in fishy food, and have been watching video's of 20lb Stripper's

 Nailing their Buddie's...

  They know what to do..... ...........  .....Danglin

Danglin as a biologist, I can tell you that all you've probably been doing is training your minnows predator avoidance.  You'll have the only minnows out there that have seen stripers munching on their buddies and in response all they are going to do is swim towards the nearest cover (weeds, rocks, brush) as soon as possible, snagging your rigs in the process.  Personally, I'd want my minnows (assuming that I'll use minnows) nice and naive to the circle of life.  The first and only striped bass I'd want my minnows to see are the ones that end up on my stringer.

In the meantime, here are few things to consider.
