What are your favorite recipes for RF vs Lingcod? (not details, just general)

For years I was a deep fryer.  I still am - egg/milk/worcestershire, then a mix of panko and Italian bread crumbs.  More often in the past few years the family has asked for pan fried, with just a little oil and spices on the meat.  Either one makes great tacos, but I probably do still prefer the crunchy fried bits in a taco.

Loved the report. I chuckled at the “dang I look old” photograph. I had one of those experiences recently. Look forward to hitting shelter Cove again someday.
