Did you keep any of the baitfish for consumption?

Da mackerel for sure.  I was super tempted to send one down but I had enough bait options to qualify them as by catch yummy grinze.  I filleted em’ and froze em’ to season poke style asap.  Smelt are reserved for when we start eating crow and other unique allowances in the future.  Croaker burgers with a grasshopper flour binder coming to a food truck near you…2030…

were the macs right out front of jaws? would be ideal tuna candy

"ish". within the first 45' 1/4 circle, out from the jaws, towards the green then towards the beach up to .8mi.  If that makes sense.  Wherever the massive bait ball was, with flipping surface chovies, had potential Macs pushing them up...
