Those are some Great Pics Bro!
How did the 4Runner handle all that?
I can imagine, with ease…

Didn't realize you were getting so High D!  :smt044. Trips look like a bunch of fun, hope I can be your passenger sometime.

Dude, anytime! You can crash here the night before, too.
Same with anyone else. My granny unit is still unoccupied so I have plenty of room.

Thanks!

Yeah, the Runner hasn't had any issues. B. Springs and W. Ridge are both fairly regularly groomed. I've only put it into 4H a few times on some of the little off-shoots.

Very cool explorations!  My dad and I used to roam eastern Oregon when I was a kid, just miles and miles of dirt roads.  We did a bit of upland bird hunting there, chukars and quail, and some deer hunting too.  Fun times, your pics made me think about that.

I should take the kids up there sometime, looks like some good roamings.

Cool!

Yeah, I'm taking my kids with me tomorrow. There's tons of dispersed camping up there and my main mission these last few trips was/is to mark camping spots and places to shoot.

That water crossing at M5 is one of my favorites, but I've only ever done it on 2 wheels.

It looked doable last week, but you had to hit it perfectly or you could find yourself in some deep water. Nothing too serious, but definitely deep enough to creep over my running boards and possibly under my door panels.

:smt007 That looks like some fun.  Would love to join one of these days.  My 4Runner hasn't been on a trail at all this year. :smt010

TrailBlazin'!  :smt004

This slide doesn't look like much in the pictures, but after we removed the trees it was sketchy as shit driving over the slide with a pretty much straight cliff to the left.

Dude, you should go hit Panoche, if it's open. The superblooms were crazy there last month. Not sure if it's still going on, though.

I'm going to do the Mendocino Backcountry Discovery trail in a few weeks, if you want to join. You can crash at my place the night before.
I also want to hit the New Idria Adventure Route down in your area this Summer or Fall.
