I rarely post food pics because I am nowhere near as gifted as some of you all but had a little free time today with some left over chicken breasts.

These were the real deal chicken nuggets. I sliced the breasts into 3/4 slices and tenderized down to about 1/2 inch or slightly smaller.

Put together a thin batter. 1 egg , milk,lemon pepper, flour, rosemary,salt and pepper. Was pretty generous with the lemon pepper. Sorry but I didn't do any measurements.

Light fry in the pan with olive oil. 

They came out so moist and tender. Great little appetizer and way to get my head out of the late winter threads my head has been stuck in.

Tenderizing the chicken breasts and making them to a uniform thickness made it so easy to cook .

I can totally relate to that. Lol  . When I am lost in thought ( ya right) I look for images in various things.

Great ! Now i am revisiting my chicken nugget pics and finding all types of images but to lazy to point them out. I will say i seen a blurry image of a Dungeness crab. LMAO. I need to get out !!!!
