Bunch of bumpkins, shooting coyotes.

I love seeing coyotes here in SF. They don't bother people, occasionally they take an off-leash dog or a cat roaming outside.

They are a nuisance to cattle here in Texas especially when calves are born. They carry rabies to and we just got too many of them. besides attacking small animals the urban ones began attacking people here, so they got shot.

Just last year a coyote in a town south of me had a coyote snatch a small kid right in front of the parents. they had to beat it with a stick to make it let go.

Question: What’s the best way to haze urban coyotes?

Blindfold them, stick them in a corner of your basement and make them chug a 5th of Jack Daniels while singing Old Macdonald had a Farm backwards.

Don't tempt me with a good time...

theres a mangy coyote that pops up in our neighborhood occasionally.  im pretty sure its same one bc left ear tag.   last time i saw it chillaxng about 200m from Booksin Elementary with that “where the f am I” hang dog look on its mug.

doesnt dfg’s hazing recommendation presumes a single route of egress to wild land?  wldnt wanna haze that yote from my yard but toward the school DURRR!

Our packs can get up to 15+ animals, Tillamook cattle farmers feel the same way!
