Going to add a motor to my yak and looking to see how others load the yak into their truck and or rack with the motor mount sticking out. All the weight would be on the mount as you lifted it. I have a Hobie pa14 360.

Shouldn't be difficult with a truck using a hitch bed extender even with a motor mount added.

you using that mount up front or out back?

my friend has the one up front and it basically made lifting the front a sucky deal.  the grip makes my hand hurt and it is tiny.

I think we need more info to begin with.  front or back?
