To me the video looks like it could of been staged to garner views. I think it would be fun if someone did something similar in our area.

It does happen. Two years ago up in Trinidad, I came up one pot short in the fog. I thought perhaps I just missed it. My friend said he saw one small boat hanging around our string. When the fog lifted, I found someone had my rope (very, very unique rope) tied to his buoy and trap. I could not figure that out. I waited nearby. No luck as he left it to soak all day. I took the high road and left him my rope as I believe he already had by buoy and trap, he must have needed it more than me...
