Oh man looks amazing!!

I didn’t take pictures. Had the family over for prime rib and crab cakes.

I caught the traeger on fire searing the prime rib at 500f. I also realized I hadn’t fully defrosted it when I put the temp probe in it to start cooking. Dinner was late. The crab cakes were perfect with fresh crab and love put into making them. Beers and wine were shared. Nobody cared that the prime rib was late and a little crispy on the outside!

Happy new year!

Cracked a few Dungeness crab for a yummy pasta dish…butter, garlic, capers, lemon peel and Parmesan cheese. Angel hair pasta and a lemon squeeze to finish. Was pretty good with green beans and baguette.
Happy New Year NCKA
