Anyone know what "poor crab meat quality" entails, empirically?

Based on this pdf, linked from the site Darius posted, it seems to entail low "Meat Recovery %".

Can't say I've noticed any problem with the quality of crab I've caught so far this season.

Same here the ones we been catching are great.

Does anyone remember when the restriction on recreational traps (cages) was lifted last year for the Bay Area (zone 3)?
