Happened his past Sunday.  Lindy surf report has been all over the place.  Be careful out there,  nothing wrong with making the call to get pancakes at Breakers.

I was at rockaway a couple weeks ago. No kayakers around on a Saturday and was all set up to go but decided against it. It wasn’t worth it waves were breaking past the beach and it was too much of a risk. I had my kayak ready to go and even surfers came up to me saying I made a good choice. I ended up skunking at half moon bay where launching is not a problem but the point is it’s not worth it for a fish or a wave.
