The Tani Method certainly generates some quality meat,  :smt007.

And a Clean Boat,  :smt002.

My family had it hawaiian poki style for 2 nights with the loins I kept fresh. snuck in an appetizer bowl on the third night.

got some to the wife's boss, some to the kid's friends parents with the swimming pool,  :smt004.

smoked some my way, took some to be professionally smoked as a comparison and froze maybe 1/3rd of it.

Then posted my number on the hitchhiker page of coastside,  :smt006 and inquired into the price of lazlo's whaler outrage,  :smt044

good luck Ken.

Best,
J

John,

Albie's come out of the water and are 20 to 30 deg. above the water temp.  That is why you need to bleed and ice them down right away.  The only time they sleep is going up in the water column or down. Que Sera Sera (6 Pack) out of Half Moon Bay reported getting 22 today (Tues).
Yogi on the Hulicat has not reported, yet.

the weather looks good for this weekend.  the wife and younger daughter will be a camp so i'll have the older 13 year old at home.  if i leave her at home on saturday, she won't burn down the house, right?

My kids love the story about how my Dad left my younger brother "Uncle Jamie", at home, told him not to drive the company car while he was gone.

when he got back, jamie was in jail for rolling the company car while drunk, ping-ponging off a few of the neighbors cars and taking out a light pole. my other brother told him the news at the airport. I wish I could have been there!  :smt005

car had damage on all panels and roof. a movie stunt coordinator could not have planned it better.

jamie and everybody else was fine.

until my dad bailed him out anyways,  :smt010.

So alan, I don't know about the house, but if you go fishing, at least the boat will be safe!  :smt003

Best,
