China camp today

Went out to china camp today, wasn’t planning on fishing today but figured why not after moving to Novato and being so close. Fished the outgoing tide from 11-3. Picked up some smallish ghost shrimp from Loch Lomond. Keith is really cool don’t see too many old school bait shops in the Bay Area like that. I ended up catching 2 small leopard sharks and 1 small striper. I had 2 other bites where they came off not sure what hit it. Was fishing pretty shallow around 10 ft, my fish finder broke so have been winging it. Hopefully I get a sturgeon next time.

I hope to see ya out there too. Those are huge I was doubling up on ghost shrimp seemed to work pretty well. Heard of 1 guy on the radio get a 41 incher.

Will do. I went yesterday and caught a small striper and bullhead. Only heard of 1 boater catching a sturgeon. The water was like a lake and made it all the way out to the pump house.

Yeah, still around. I don’t get out the kayak unless there is a good SF Bay bite like at Rat Rock, ARW, or OAP
