Not a Yak FF'er yet - hope to be by next RF season.

I'm wondering if anyone has tried a switch rod from the YAK, or if you'd think it useful.

hey fishabuoy, a switch on a yak would be a little bit of a pain, cant really load it up, just stick with a normal rod, you really dont need to cast for the bleachers out there, cameron

Hey Cameron -

So kinda what I was thinking, as my experience with the RF, Lings, and similar is it's more of a vertical game rather than "to the horizon" as you've mentioned.

I thought maybe casting to the backside of surf zone perhaps, but that seems like a low proposition gig...
