Fishing license a few years back (2016 I think) was $38. Now over $50.
I have the lifetime (was $900) although in retrospect I should have bought Tesla stock, which by now would have been thousands of dollars. Could buy a TI and fishing licenses for life ..
Luck favors the prepared

After my Grandmother passed, I went to Illinois to help go through the house. I found an old fishing license of her's from 1971 .....set her back a whopping $1.74!
I fish, therefore I Cuss and Lie!

Yes, that is the way it goes over the years. As a comparo from back then:
You could get five pounds of frozen French fries for $0.69. Fruit cocktail was $0.20 for a can.

I was thinking of going with a lithium battery system vs. sla to inflate my kayak.  I could also use it to inflate the airbags for flotation vs. the mighty noodle… :smt006

Yeah... Squid used to be .10/lb. for "human" consumption.

Now, it's calamari.
