Im going to make the switch to hobie and Im going to look at the Pro Angler 12' and 14' do I really need the 14? or will the 12' be good for fishing and diving?

Iam running a pa 14 ,so far other then the weight i couldnt be happier ,i got the weight handling down with some practice of loading & unloading.good chair for long long days ,great Ocean ride , the weight difference inbetween the 2 boats isnt that much .i plan on putting buddy seat on mine for my son so i went with the pa14 .i have no experience in the pa 12 but have heard they are just as nice as the 14, the carrying capacity is 100lb difference . either one i think you would be happy

Down to personal preference but weight would be the major difference between the two.
