I plan to drop straight out of the harbor and slowly make the pilgrimage out towards SC3, then over to the mile buoy depending on how things go. Unloading gear at 630a at the west harbor. Would be great to fish with company!

I’m debating between tomorrow and Wednesday, but leaning towards tomorrow as it looks like there will be more wind. In any case, good luck.

I think I'm going to try Muir on Wednesday Mark.  Good luck, you'll probably crush the salmon this time!

Good luck! With your range, you'll have a great chance of success.

I'm planning to try a couple of times this week, and if I don't see any salmon, I'll give up on them in SC...

I fished the west side today. The weather was great (except not enough wind for the AI), but fishing was super slow. At the dock, I did hear that some halibut were caught in Capitola.

Thanks for the report Mark as always!  Too bad it was slow, but nice weather sounds like fun (unless in an AI of course).

I have some work to do in SC tomorrow (Saturday 7/31) and I was thinking of doing some kayak fishing afterwards. If anyone is interested, I'll probably be on the water around noon or so.
